Napoleon Hill spent years researching, studying and following the most successful people of his time as well as many who had come before him. In his exploration Napoleon Hill found many similarities in the way rich, successful people think. In this video he shares a few of these similarities and methods you can use yourself to think and grow rich.

Inspiring Subconscious Change
The reason that hypnosis is such a successful and yet misunderstood is the way it changes the client’s mind at the subconscious level. Because we still only have a basic grasp of how both the brain and mind work we can’t yet explain 100% exactly how hypnosis works. Yet the fact remains that hypnosis is an extremely successful form of treatment. The key lies in the subconscious mind. Read on to learn more.
---
In your study of mind power you will find that it is not just advantageous, but critical to access the power of subconscious mind. If you think that your subconscious does not have much effect on your life, you would be mistaken. Much of what you do and most of how you think and feel is dictated at the subconscious level.
The conscious mind is responsible for your awareness of what is currently going on around you. It is largely dependent upon your five senses; sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. The conscious level is what is obvious to us in our surroundings. The conscious mind functions and communicates through the use of words. Thoughts on the conscious level can be disrupted when your attention is distracted by something else. Most experts agree that the conscious makes up only about 12% of your mind.
Your subconscious mind is the culmination of all of your past experiences from birth to present day. The way you react to a given situation is largely determined by events stored in your subconscious. Events which are similar in nature, or which your subconscious perceives as similar to an event in your past, will trigger the same feelings and emotions in you today that you experienced in relation to that past event. These feelings, beliefs and emotions may be positive or negative. In fact, they may seem silly and without validity to an outsider, but to you they represent truth, based on the information held in your subconscious mind.
Since your subconscious may contain a host of negativity from your past, this could create a great number of self-limiting beliefs and behaviors in your present life. Often times you will be totally unaware of why you harbor such self-doubt and self-defeating attitudes. The answer generally lies within the information stored safely away in your subconscious mind. This alludes to the power of subconscious mind in our lives.
Now the question becomes, can we change the information in our subconscious and get rid of those negative beliefs which do not serve us well today? Emphatically, the answer is yes! In fact, Tony Robbins, (Mr. Motivation himself) once said "All personal changes must take place at the subconscious level." For us to produce real and lasting changes in our lives, we must access and change the thinking of the subconscious mind.
This access to the subconscious and subsequent changes can be done fairly easily, but not through traditional methods of learning as the conscious mind effectively blocks information on the conscious level. Hypnosis, affirmations and subliminals are a few of the ways to access the power of subconscious mind.
Are you looking to lose weight? Perhaps you seek greater success in your personal life? Maybe you have your eye on a new career position. No matter what your dreams and aspirations are in life, enlisting the power of subconscious mind will allow you to reach your goals quicker and easier than you ever thought possible.

Controlling Dreams
Every night when you go to sleep you enter a world where anything can happen, your dreams! Could you imagine then how great it would be if you were in a world with limitless possibilities and you had complete control over every outcome? Well this is entirely possible to do with lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming comes naturally to some but it can also be learned.
Self-hypnosis can play a big role in learning how to control your dreams, read on to find out how.
---
Dreams have long been known to have significance, bearing messages from remote places or times, symbolizing different emotions, and even being a kind of spiritual exploration. Analyzing dreams has had a great impact on some of the world's great leaders and subsequent historical events.
These visions of our sleeping mind sometimes only reflect the events of the day, or a film or book which we were enjoying in the evening. However, many times, they represent our subconscious mind tapping into the mental power hidden in our brains, emerging in the inner peace of sleep when the clamor of our conscious mind has been temporarily stilled.
Being so closely linked to the psychic power of the human mind makes dreams an important facet of thought for those who wish to explore the fascinating powers of their own psyche.
Often, what is going on in our dreams becomes a kind of visualization, and sometimes may shade over into remote viewing and astral travel. The rigid constraints of the daytime, conscious mind are lifted, and the more mysterious functions of the brain are allowed the same freedom as during intense meditation or trance.
The mind can wander where it wishes to, and is highly receptive both to input from the surrounding world and to inner prompting such as desires, wishes, and fears.
Realizing that dreams represent an uncontrolled tapping of our innate mental power leads to another realization as well - that if we learn how to control our dreams, we can use that power to our advantage or spiritual enrichment even while we are asleep.
Because our conscious mind is almost completely submerged, positive visualization and remote viewing carried on while in a dream-state are exceptionally powerful and effective. If you wish to improve the quality of your positive visualization, then gaining greater control over your dreaming is an excellent step to take.
You can make preparations even before sleep which will increase your chances of controlling your dreams. First of all, you should ensure that you are going to sleep before you completely exhausted. Although this might sound counter-intuitive, complete exhaustion may submerge your mind so far in sleep that any control becomes impossible.
Secondly, you should try to create a positive mood in your mind to encourage positive use of your dream energy. And thirdly, you may wish to meditate on the matter you would like your dream to focus on, and fall asleep directly from your meditative state.
You can also gain greater control over your dreams with a variety of different exercises. Remembering dreams after you awaken seems to increase the probability of 'controlled dreaming' in the future; methods for remembering dreams include remaining perfectly still for several minutes after awakening, so that your brain does not use up its energy with motion, and writing down any dreams you do remember.
Awakening partway through your sleep, and carrying out self-hypnosis for the deliberate purpose of entering a state of controlled, or "lucid" dreaming when you doze off again, is among the most effective methods of developing your skill at controlling your dreams.
Once you are lucid dreaming, a slight amount of conscious awareness must be present for you to control your dream. If your conscious awareness becomes too conscious, you will awaken, so it is important not to attempt to rationalize, but to act only on an intuitive level.
Since the whole purpose of controlled dreaming is to use the potential of your mental powers without the constraints of the waking mind, it also makes logical sense to proceed by higher instinct rather than mechanical reasoning.
Again, the main purpose is to direct your dreams towards a visualization of the things you wish to see, obtain, or learn more about. Your dreaming mind will then give you the insights that it senses to be most valuable to you, either allowing remote viewing to increase your spiritual understanding, or energizing your creativity and intuitive insight for reaching a desired goal, as the case may be.
With a little patience and some careful application of meditative techniques, you can also learn to use the potential of your dreams to the fullest.

Deep Relaxation Hypnosis Video
HypnoBusters have recently added a new video to their Youtube account so I thought I'd put it up here so all the Full Hypnosis viewers would have a chance to get a look. This is rare for a hypnosis session on Youtube in that it's actually a full session, 20 minutes in length rather than the usual truncated ones.
To get the most from this deep relaxation session sit back in a comfortable chair or lie down on your bed and make sure you won't be disturbed for 20 minutes. Close your eyes and allow the voice of Jon Rhodes to take you down into a deep feeling of relaxation.
When the session has finished you will arise feeling calm, peaceful and completely relaxed.

Change Bad Eating Habits With Hypnosis
Changing your diet can be tough. A dietician may tell you to replace chocolate with a banana or not to eat after 8pm but when that has been part of your diet and eating routines for years it isn’t easy to suddenly make the switch.
To do this successfully you need to change your subconscious which is the part of the mind which holds all your inbuilt routines and habits. With hypnosis you can do this quickly and easily, read on to find out how.
---
The power of the mind has been well known to successful and fulfilled people for centuries.
Experts of the subconscious mind such as hypnotists have come up with ingenious ways that bypass the conscious mind and speak directly to the subconscious. Often hypnosis is used to help people achieve their weight loss goals. In this article I will show you how to do that without any fancy hypnotist or high fees.
The subconscious mind is the most powerful force in any human being. When you first learned to drive you had to think about every single thing to keep that car driving in the way you wanted to. Gears, mirrors, indicators, steering and many other factors were constantly thought about. After a while though all of these become a habit. You repeat them so many times that your conscious mind no longer has to think about them. Your subconscious runs you on auto pilot to carry out the manoeuvres.
So what does this have to do with weight loss? Well by using a concept called "auto suggestion" you can help your subconscious mind "reprogram" yourself to stick to diets, eat healthier foods, enjoy working out (seriously) and much more. The reason so many people fail to lose weight is because they program themselves for failure each and every time they try a new diet. Because of bad experiences with shoddy diet programs in the past they often tell themselves "This won't work for me" and give up a few weeks in. Think about whenever you've tried to diet in the past. How long did you stick at? Probably not long enough if you're honest with yourself.
The technique I am to teach you now will enable you to starve yourself of these negative thought patterns that you are constantly bombarding your subconscious mind with. Let's retraining yourself to be more positive about your weight loss and in turn develop a thick skin that won't give up whenever a diet doesn't show instant and massive results.
Your emotions and thoughts are like signals. Whenever you feel bad about weight loss or dieting and have thoughts such as "I'm always going to be overweight" stop what you're doing and follow these steps.
Step One: Think about what it is that makes you feel you'll always be overweight. You'll get an image come into your mind. Maybe it's of you feeling down about a diet or you in the future and you haven't lost any weight.
Step Two: Pay attention to this image. This is your unconscious telling you what thought is holding you back in your quest for dieting. This is the image that you consistently put into your subconscious. You have programmed yourself to think this way and that's why it is so easy to give up on diets when things get a little tough. Lets learn to eliminate these negative thoughts.
Step Three: Drain all the colour out of the image. Shrink it and move it into the distance. If it happens to reappear repeat the process. Drain it, shrink it and put it into the distance.
Step Four: Replace the image with an image of what you really want to be like. Fit, healthy and at your perfect weight. Get emotionally involved with the image. Think of how great it would feel to have lost all the weight you want to. Make it full colour and bring it closer to you. Make it feel real to you.
Step Five: Hold your thumb and middle fingers together when you feel that rush of excitement about the new future you. Whilst this may all sound a little crazy this a very cool technique for programming your subconscious. If you do this every time you feel a little down about weight loss or have any negative thoughts soon it will become a habit. What’s more it can be done discreetly anywhere.
Eventually you will have created "a mind anchor" so that you can press your thumb and middle fingers together and get the rush of excitement about your new, slim self. Any time you feel negative about weight loss you put your fingers together and your subconscious will recognise this habit and use it to your advantage.
Ok. I do understand that this may seem a little "out there" but this is based on the science of Neuro Linguistic Programming. This is not some pie in the sky idea thought up by a lunatic. It is based on the science of the mind and it works in reprogramming yourself. Give it a go and stick at it!

Take Control With Covert Hypnosis
It’s been awhile since I found a good article about covert hypnosis but I’ve finally come up with this one which gives a great explanation of what covert hypnosis is and what it isn’t.
Some people believe it to be mind control but this really isn’t true, even a master hypnotist couldn’t make someone rob a bank if they didn’t want to. The key is to use it for the smaller decisions, you can make a person who was sitting on the fence fall down onto your side of the argument and that is what makes covert hypnosis so great. It can help you become the leader of your social group, get you higher raises at you job and put you in charge of almost any situation. Read on to find out more…
---
In conversational or covert hypnosis, agreement tactics when applied effectively can bring you outstanding results for the simple reason that this is the art of inputting what you want into an individual or group of people via a stealth method.
How does this happen? The secret is to 'disable' the 'guard' in our minds. As you know we have in our conscious mind a sensor that filters whatever input we have. Let's say someone tries to convince you that you can move an object without touching it. Immediately the 'guard' will alert you by telling you 'not possible, move on'. From that moment on it is most likely that you will not agree to anything this person may tell you.
However, if you can 'disable' the 'guard' then you will have a free pass entrance to the individual or groups mind. Once you learn this technique you will be extremely powerful.
Covert or conversational hypnosis is very functional and will provide anyone with sharp tools that can be used ethically or unethically. A word of caution - always use it ethically and you will achieve the results way above your expectations.
The agreement tactics are used to 'disable' the 'guard' and make your subject get in the habit of always agreeing with you. Therefore, when this has happened you will have the authority to alter their state of mind.
One of the agreement tactics is 'plausibility'. Plausibility works like this: before you start talking to your subject make up before hand 4 or 5 statements that are absolutely true to this person or group. After you throw these statements to them you automatically put the 'guard' to sleep because the state of mind now says that everything is fine no need to be critical.
Then you can introduce your idea that may not be truth to your subject or group but now you have got them in the habit of agreeing with you. Of course it can't be a statement that is totally unreal because this will take them out of the right state of mind.
Conversational or covert hypnosis has to be used in a very subtle way. The individual or group must not realise what you are doing otherwise the 'guard' will come into action and jeopardise your work. The more alert your subject is the more true statements you have to present before you start inputting your ideas.
If you are not too involved with politics and you watch a politician's speech you will end up agreeing in what they say because they use this technique all the time. They throw to you all the reality of the moment - the absolute truths - and then they start throwing their own ideas and before you realise you are nodding your head in approval even when the candidate is not the one you were thinking about voting for.
Now imagine yourself proficient in convert or conversational hypnosis and applying it on people and influencing them on a daily basis. Imagine all the benefits you can bring to your life and to others.
To be proficient in conversational or covert hypnosis is something which is very attainable. You just need to go for the right product that will offer a complete and effective training. For full information on the best products available in the market today please visit the website in the
