Weight Loss Hypnosis Explained

You may tease me for telling you that a hypnotherapist will help you lose weight, but it is the truth! Several studies conducted in the recent times have exhibited the fact that hypnosis indeed helps in weight loss. This action is called weight loss hypnosis. The reason behind the abilities of weight loss hypnosis is simple: people need to follow a strict diet and a frequent exercise regimen in order to shed weight; nonetheless, many lack the motivation and willpower to carry their weight loss plans forward. That is where Weight Loss Hypnosis can help them! In this document I will tell you about the several ways in which weight loss hypnosis can help you lose weight faster than any traditional weight loss method!

First of all, you need to keep in mid that if you are determined to lose weight and lead a nourishing life, you ought to stop many things. For instance, you ought to sacrifice the elementary way of life that you did at one time lead before; you must sacrifice the fatty foods that you are so used to eating; you have to get off the couch which is the location that you are so accustomed to sitting all day long. The list of sacrifices one needs to make for weight loss is what forces many an aspirant from pursuing any weight loss program to its farthest end. There are many individuals who join a weight loss program with good intentions but leave it midway simply because the sacrifices they need to make as a way to go on with the program persuade be too much for them.

And that is understandable. If you are employed to leading a sedentary, easy way of life with no exercises, if you are used to eating delicious and fast foods everyday, changing it all for the better would sway be a laborious task for you, especially at the beginning. You will soon cave in to pressures from your head and give up it all! This is where weight loss hypnosis are able to help you!

Hypnotic therapy in this instance is used to season a person's mind to new habits. It is used to fortify the will power of the overweight person so that he finds it simpler to switch to an entirely different lifestyle pattern. A hypnotherapist will work by giving you positive suggestions. Once you accept those suggestions, you will see that your self-control has become as hard as a rock. Yet, as you should be able to see, for weight loss hypnosis to work efficiently, you ought to be receptive to the positive suggestions, otherwise the treatment will have no effect on you! But, you ought to meet a professional hypnotherapist who would be able to carry out the treatment successfully!

Do you doubt whether weight loss hypnosis will work on you or not? Let me present you with one proof. Several obese adults took part in a recent research, where they were separated into two groups. One of these groups were given the hypnotherapy. At the conclusion of the research, it was pointed out that the group which received hypnotherapy was able to slim down faster than the other group! I guess that this simple and true example is sufficient to serve as an indication of the strength of weight loss hypnosis. If you have tried everything around and nothing seems to work for you, I highly suggest you try it out once!

Self-Hypnosis For Beginners

Self- hypnosis is the ability to get yourself into a very relaxed, trance-like state. Most of us experience the "hypnotic" feeling several times a day. If you have ever "lost" time while reading a great book, watching an absorbing movie, or driving down the road as you listen to music, then you have experienced the sensation of hypnosis.

If you are truly motivated to change a negative behavior, bad habit, phobia, or simply want to improve something about yourself, then you are a perfect candidate for self-hypnosis. Once you learn this technique, you will be able to use it at any time, in any place.

While learning this technique, you will need a quiet room where you will be undisturbed for at least 20 minutes. Make sure you are comfortable, but not so comfortable that you fall asleep. Since you need to give yourself instructions and suggestions, you need to be awake and alert, but in an altered state of consciousness.

Before you begin the process, think about what you hope to achieve. This goal will be the suggestion you state to yourself when you are in a relaxed state. Work this out ahead of time. Be very specific, such as, "I want to stop eating Snickers," or "I want to feel comfortable speaking in public." Whatever you choose, you must express the suggestion in positive terms. For example, "I am a non-smoker," rather than, "I do not want to smoke."

In the beginning, you should try to practice this routine at least twice a day in the privacy of your home. Once you have the knack, try it in a movie theater, a restaurant, or in some other public place. But, do not ever practice this procedure while driving or operating any kind of heavy equipment.

10 Steps to Self-Hypnosis:

  1. Allow a minimum of 20 minutes of uninterrupted time.
  2. Make sure the room is not too hot or cold, and that it is not too bright.
  3. Sit or recline in a comfortable chair. Set a timer or clock for 30 minutes (just in case you fall asleep).
  4. Decide on a simple term, such as "relax" or "calm," to trigger a post-hypnotic suggestion.
  5. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose, hold it to the count of three, then whoosh it out through your mouth. Do this five times. Count backwards from five to one as you do this exercise.
  6. Your body will start to relax immediately. To deepen this phase, count back from ten to one as you visualize yourself walking down a flight of stairs.
  7. Imagine yourself, as vividly as possible, in one of your favorite places. Focus on it as you continue to breathe deeply.
  8. As you envision yourself in this place, allow all your senses to come to life. See the scene, feel it, taste it, smell it, touch it.
  9. Once you have this scene firmly in your mind, think the words of the suggestion you decided upon. Again, remember to present it in a positive way. If your suggestion is to be a non-smoker, see yourself clearly in a group situation where you are comfortable, happy, confident, and a non-smoker.
  10. When you see the image and feel the strength of your conviction, you are ready to "think" the word you chose as your post-hypnotic suggestion. Then state the suggestion as simply as this: "The next time I hypnotize myself, I will use the word, 'calm,' and I will feel instantly and deeply relaxed." Once this suggestion is planted in your mind, count from one to five and slowly awaken. By the count of five, you will be fully awake and energized.

The more you practice these steps, the more adept you will become at mastering self-hypnosis. Of course, this is just a very basic technique for beginners. If you want to learn more about this fascinating subject, you can read a book, take a course, or have a certified hypnotherapist teach you the method. If you want to attain self-hypnosis quickly, you can listen to a professional CD, tape, or MP3 download.

The key to a successful self-hypnosis session is to be as clear as possible about your specific goal. If you are truly motivated, you will have a valuable tool to use throughout your life.

Conversation Hypnosis

Now, how on earth can conversation hypnosis be explained without making it seem like rocket science? Okay, in order to fully understand this form of hypnosis, you will have to understand how it works through every day occurrences. For instance, if an individual walks into a boutique in order to buy a simple outfit. While trying out different simple outfits, the boutique attendant in a subtle manner mentions how you would look in a sexy designer number "made for your God given curves", and he or she goes on to mention how great your figure would make the designer of the dress look good. The suggestion sounds pretty aspiring and also exciting, and before you can say "Bob's your uncle" you have yanked the outfit from the rack and zoomed off to the changing room - this is the power of conversation hypnosis in full force.

In this form of hypnosis, the person under hypnosis is really absorbed in the conversation that he or she gets totally lost in the moment. The subject mentally agrees with the boutique attendant's stance even if the subject is not really adventurous by nature - the subject simply reacts to the suggestion without even questioning the origin and its validity (this undoubtedly is called conversation hypnosis).

This form of hypnosis uses the technique of subtly communicating with an individual's subconscious mind without even making the least bit obvious. Conversation hypnosis usually takes place during normal and relaxed conversations with people, which is why it known as conversation hypnosis.

The main reason why most people practice this form of hypnosis is to the easily control the behavior of people without them having the slightest clue that they are being manipulated. This type of hypnosis involves using carefully directed phrases, body language and gestures with the main intention to establish rapport and to communicate with the subject's subconscious mind.

There are a lot of websites that can help you to learn more about this form of hypnosis in the comfort of your home. You do not have to have any type of degree in order to practice this type of hypnosis, you also do not need a special license either - but in order to master the art of conversation hypnosis, you will have to dedicate a lot of your time and effort in order to achieve results. Some people are so good at using the principles of conversational hypnosis, they can easily hypnotize people even against their will, some people can even hypnotise a group of people at the same time.

Hypnosis has been used since time immemorial to help people deal with different issue such as obesity, self esteem issues, anxiety, fear and so on. Conversation hypnosis can help people in the following ways:

* Strengthen relationships, life can become much easier when people see things your way (wink)

* You can boost sales with this form of hypnosis by convincing people to buy your goods and or services, which in turn will increase your earnings as well - not bad huh?

Thanks for reading my Conversation Hypnosis Article, however you can find a gold mine of information on Conversation Hypnosis by visiting my website. I have also uploaded a brief introduction to my eBook on Conversation Hypnosis to YouTube for your pleasure.

Hypnosis and NLP

According to the book titled "Hypnosis for Change", authored by Josie Hadley and Carol Staudacher: "….What is Hypnosis? Hypnosis has long been associated with the strange and mysterious, with side shows and faith healers; yet hypnosis isn't mysterious or supernatural and we have all been in a hypnotic state literally thousands of times. You didn't notice because it is such a natural state of mind. And the hypnotic state is natural for all humans and many animals…"

In definition, Hypnosis is a communication between conscious mind and the sub-conscious mind in trance state, or a sleep-like state. What can hypnosis do for you? Other than provide a fascinating new experience. The answer is that hypnosis can be used to improve your general functioning, to make you feel better mentally or physically.

Hypnosis is the bridge connects the conscious mind and the sub conscious mind. Before we go into how we can achieve the desire change by using hypnosis, we need to understand then level of the consciousness.

1st level - Alert: This is the normal intellectual functioning level; our mind is set to normal reflex & motor respond

2nd level - Light Trance: In this state, our body is in relaxation condition, breathing & pulse will become slow, and our attention will be focus in imagination activity.

3rd level - Moderate Trance: you are losing awareness of surrounding, but increasing awareness of internal function, such as: breathing, heart beat and so on.

4th level - Deep Trance: there is further reduction of activity and energy output in this state; normally you will fell limpness or stiffness of limb. The attention will be barrowed and increased suggestibility.

5th level Sleep - all the voluntary exercise is suspended in this level, severe reduction of absence of conscious though.

The 2nd to 4th level are the ones in which the change of behavior will occur and the one we can suggest any changes that we want. This is because when you are in light trance or deep trance state, your body and mind will experiencing a totally relaxation and sleeping feeling, it will reduce the activity of consciousness by which this is the filter of all possibility and suggestion. When the consciousness level goes down, it will increase the activity of sub-conscious mind, meaning to say the more creative of your mind to create the desire change.

The Milton Model is one of the Neuro-linguistic Programming or Neuro-linguistic (NLP) powerful techniques that co-created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder using the hypnotic techniques developed by Milton H. Cancer Relief With Self Hypnosis

At first learning self hypnosis may seem like a daunting prospect with all the information and courses you can find on the internet, yet this doesn't need to be the case. I can teach you an easy self hypnosis script that you can choose to either record for yourself to listen to, read to yourself or even learn off by heart so you can go through it mentally. You will find that even if you don't intend to learn this self hypnosis script off by heart after listening to or reading it a few times it will begin to stick in your mind.

Before I begin with the self hypnosis script for cancer I would first like to mention a few things about hypnosis to clear your mind of any worries you may have. Hypnosis isn't any sort of occult or magical practice, both the British and American Medical Associations recognise hypnosis as a legitimate form of treatment. You cannot get stuck in hypnosis and you won't be asleep or unconscious. Most people are surprised about how "unspectacular" hypnosis actually feels when they first try it since they are expecting some sort of outer body or mystical experience. When you are under hypnosis you will feel calm and relaxed but you will be aware of what is going on around you, and should you need to, you can leave hypnosis even in the middle of a session with no ill effects whatsoever.

Remember that hypnosis works by communicating with the subconscious part of your mind. This is where your ingrained habits and beliefs are held. What this means is that by using hypnosis you can actually your mindset in almost anyway you desire. Self hypnosis allows you to have complete control of this process.

I will now begin the self hypnosis script for cancer. Please allow yourself to get into a comfortable position whether it is seated or on a couch or bed and allow your arms and legs to remain uncrossed for maximum circulation.

Self Hypnosis Cancer Script

Begin by taking several slow, deep breaths. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Breathing deeply until you feel your heart rate begin to slow down. If they are not already, allow your eyes to close. Your entire body in the early stages of entering a deep relaxation.

As you begin to feel deeply relaxed, focus on your facial muscles. You may be carrying tension in your forehead, relax these muscles and iron out any tension until your forehead is smooth and relaxed. Allow the muscles around your eyes to become loose and relaxed. As your eyes become completely relaxed go down further and feel the muscles around your jaw loosen so your entire face is totally relaxed.

You may now notice how good this feels. Keep going further down your body, allowing every part of you to relax from your neck all the way down to your toes. Feel the waves of relaxation wash over your body like a gentle flow of warm water.

Once you feel completely relaxed it is time to imagine yourself, wherever you are, in your mind's eye. Picture yourself and how relaxed you are. Allow all the scenery of the room around you to disappear so you can focus entirely on yourself. As you enjoy this feeling of deep relaxation imagine a white healing light beginning to envelope your body. It feels warm, safe and secure like a small child wrapped in their favorite blanket.

Breathe in the white healing light and imagine it beginning to flow through your body. Focus on the part or parts of your body which are inflicted with cancer. The black cancerous potions of this area are overcome with the white healing light and becoming smaller and smaller until they disappear entirely. Imagine your entire body as the healthy entity that you know it will soon become.

The white healing light fills your body with good health, warmth and positivity. Know that wherever you go now that you carry this healing light inside you. You have the power to fight cancer and win. You know that you deserve a happy and healthy life, and as soon as you beat cancer that is exactly what you will have.

Take a moment to look into the future, after you have completely recovered. Imagine all the great opportunities you will have. The friends and family you will be able to spend more time with. The holidays you will be able to take. You have all these things to look forward to.

When you are ready begin to stretch out your relaxed muscles and slowly open your eyes. You can now get up and get on with your day, or if you wish, go to bed and enjoy a deep, restorative sleep.

How To Lose Weight With Hypnosis

A lot of people have seen hypnosis performed in movies and on TV, but it is usually not a very accurate portrayal. Some may have even seen it performed on stage in front of a live audience, which is even more exaggerated. The reality is that real hypnosis does not happen the way in which people are used to seeing. Hypnosis is performed by trained hypnotherapists and contrary to popular belief, it doesn't actually put anyone to sleep. People are instead put into a state of extreme relaxation, which results in them entering a trance like state of mind. While in this state, a patient will be much more likely to listen to suggestions, which is why some have tried to lose weight with hypnosis.

While just going under hypnosis will not guarantee that you will lose any weight, because of the way the process works, it can help you achieve your goals. Hypnosis allows for someone to be more open to suggestions than they normally would but you have to want change your behavior first. When a hypnotherapist puts you into a hypnotic state, they actually do not have any control over the things you do. They can suggest things, but it is up to you to either listen or not listen to them. So if you go into the session wanting to make a change, then it may be possible to lose weight with hypnosis.

Even though hypnosis has been around for ages now, there is still a whole lot about the process that remains unknown. Researchers and psychiatrists have a grasp on the underlying basics of how it works and they can use those things to help others. People have used hypnosis to successfully change their behavior concerning things like smoking, drinking and overeating. But if the person isn't willing to change, then it certainly will not work. Doing things like trying to lose weight with hypnosis deals more with people trying to modify their habits.

The reason why some people have been able to lose weight with hypnosis is because of the state of mind you are in when being hypnotized. The reason you are more open to suggestions is because you are more relaxed, almost as if you are daydreaming. You are still awake, your mind is still working and thinking, but you are blocking out everything else around you. Hypnosis works the same way. It works to access your subconscious mind, rather than your conscious mind that you use every day.

This means that by using hypnosis you can modify your eating habits so that you desire to eat healthy, low calorie foods and feel the need to exercise everyday. With these new found habits you will soon find the pounds dropping off you. The best thing about using hypnosis for weight is that it is a long-term solution. It's not a fad diet where you lose weight and then put in straight back on again. With hypnosis you lose weight and it stays off because you dietary habits have permanently changed.

Now you can experience hypnosis in the comfort of your own home thanks to websites such as HypnoBusters. There you can find hypnosis MP3 sessions such as Exercise Motivation. This session will give you all the motivation you need to exercise regularly.

Better Sports Performance With Hypnosis

Human beings have always been fascinated with sports, and over the years we have had sportsmen and women who have become legends in their own right. Consistent in their performance, with unmoving dedication and perseverance, these sports stars have become icons for future generations. What is it that makes these players so unbeatable? How is it that they can turn in one winning performance after the other in their preferred sport? And is it possible for you to get the winning streak, much like your revered player? The truth is that it is entirely possible for normal human beings to inculcate and develop sporting genius through an ingenious process known as hypnotherapy for sports performance.

Sport is a very competitive field, and in today's world it means big business. It is important for a player's success that he or she is in top form all through their careers, but it is not always possible to maintain a steady performance; health problems, lack of confidence, deviating concentration can lead to a player's downfall. Even sporting greats like Maradona, have faced problems due to dealing with the pressure of being a star sportsman. There is a lot of money being pumped into the business of sports, and most of the competing teams and players go through rigorous training and counseling before a big series. Little is known about the fact, that hypnotherapy for sports performance is one of the much favored coaching techniques which contribute to a player's winning performance. Though hypnotherapy comes in handy while improving a player's concentration and focus, it is not much talked about due to the misleading taboo attached to hypnotherapy.

Hypnotherapy for sports performance is all about increasing a player's ability to concentrate and focus on the techniques of their game. Through various methods such auto suggestion, visualization and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnotherapy works on a subconscious level to help a player be calm in the face of tension, and give in 100% concentration to their game without being distracted. The ultimate goal for any player is to win the game, and hypnotherapy for sports performance gives them the required edge. Hypnotherapy relieves stress through helping players to relax. When a person is relaxed their minds are clear and they are able to focus better. By focusing better, a player can concentrate on the ultimate goal of winning. Hypnotherapy also uses the technique of visualization to help players strategize better; it allows them to break their winning stroke down to the smallest part and helps them replay it in their minds over and over again. For example, a cricket player can go over his sweep shot repeatedly to memorize every move in his body while he makes it. This will enable him to perform the same shot to perfection in the future games. Hypnotherapy for sports management also helps players to anticipate beforehand the moves made by the opponent's team, so that they can devise new strategies to handle these situations.

Hypnotherapy for sports management is useful in a variety of games - from golf to cricket, from baseball to tennis; it has the ability to hone your sporting technique effectively. I have dealt with a number of teams and players in my career, and the effects of hypnotherapy on them are very visible. Gone are the mental blocks that cease them from time to time; they are more confident of themselves and their game. And nothing could provide a person with the X factor required for winning a game, than a belief in oneself that they can do it!

An Explanation of Hypnosis

I have been a clinical hypnotherapist for several years and I have closely witnessed many almost miraculous results with hypnosis. Whilst I am not claiming that hypnosis can help with everything all the time, it does a pretty fantastic job in my experience.

Over the last several years I have helped so many people with such a wide array of things. I have helped probably hundreds of people, maybe thousands quit smoking for example. I have helped many people lose weight, quit addictions, become more confident, attract a new partner...the list goes on. I receive many heart warming emails from across the globe from satisfied clients who have listened to my audio sessions. From experience I know that hypnosis works.

Hypnosis works by reprogramming the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is the most powerful part of our mind. It is the part that is intuitive, creative, and instinctive. It is the part of our mind that is responsible for our habits, fear responses and automatic functions such as our breathing, sweating and heart rate.

Although our subconscious mind is very powerful, it has difficulty understanding language. That is why you can explain to a small child or indeed anyone that a spider is nothing to fear. On a conscious level that person will fully understand and probably agree. However on a subconscious level they will not. This is why the automatic fear response is still triggered even after long discussions about spiders being much smaller and that they actually fear us etc. The fear response is triggered by the subconscious part of the mind that did not understand. The conscious part of the mind that does understand cannot influence the automatic fear response, just like it cannot influence our drives for habits such as smoking and overeating. That means that we must communicate with the subconscious part of the mind in order to effect a permanent change.

A hypnotherapist is trained to guide a person into a trance. A trance 'tunes down' the conscious mind allowing greater access to the subconscious part. A good hypnotherapist is then able to communicate with the subconscious mind using metaphors, visualisations, and slow clear language.

A trained hypnotherapist can then tell the subconscious mind that a spider is nothing to be feared. They might for example guide the subject to visualise a spider dressed up as a clown, looking as ridiculous as possible. They may use special slow clear language to also relay this message. If this is done correctly, it will send out a strong message to the subconscious mind that a spider is not threatening, in a way that it understands. Once the subconscious mind understands this, it will no longer trigger the automatic fear response and a phobia is then cured.

Once you can effectively communicate with your subconscious mind, you can make many almost miraculous changes to your life. You can change almost any habit and any fear. You can become more confident, more successful, and more satisfied with life.

Like I said before, I have been a professional clinical hypnotherapist for several years and I have witnessed so many people change in a positive way as a result of hypnotherapy. I always feel a little saddened when I see people who I know would greatly benefit from hypnotherapy, miss out. So please, give hypnotherapy a go, I promise that you won't be disappointed.

How Hypnotherapy Works

I'm going to let you know about all the fantastic benefits that hypnotherapy can bring to your life. I will show you how hypnotherapy can make your life a whole lot better, as it does for millions of people around the world every year.

Hypnotherapy can help you with almost everything you can think of. Traditionally it was seen as a tool to help relaxation, smoking cessation, and cure phobias. However this is actually only the tip of the iceberg. Like I said before, hypnotherapy can help with almost everything.

Hypnosis is now becoming more frequently used for beauty procedures. For instance, a skilled hypnotherapist can help relax the facial muscles, which very closely mimics a botox procedure without the use of needles and toxic substances. Hypnotherapy is also great for helping improve the skin. Without getting to technical, the central nervous system is closely linked to the skin, which is why sometimes people suffering from stress can have skin complaints as a result. The relaxing nature of hypnosis can significantly help with most skin complaints.

Hypnotherapy works by tuning down the conscious part of the mind, enabling the therapist to more easily talk to the subconscious part. This is the part that is responsible for our more automatic responses, such as our habits, fears, and even breathing and heart rate. A good hypnotherapist can for example help change habits by talking to the subconscious mind. They can persuade a person's subconscious mind that there is no need to fear birds for example. They can persuade them that smoking is bad for them. You can persuade someone consciously that smoking is bad, but yet a person still persists to smoke. This is because their subconscious mind has not yet been persuaded. Remember that this is the part of the mind that is responsible for habits? Once the subconscious mind is made aware of the dangers of smoking, then it will no longer drive that person to smoke.

Hypnosis can also help significantly with weight loss. A person's subconscious mind can be persuaded to exercise more and eat more sensible foods. It cannot make the weight fall off magically, but it can change our habits to facilitate this. The net result is weight loss.

Hypnosis is also commonly used for people aiming to achieve success in many endeavours. Tiger Woods is one high profile example of how hypnosis can be used to help with sporting success. He has used hypnosis to train his mind to get the most out of his amazing golfing skills. However hypnosis can also be used to help people pass exams, do a great interview and get a better job, and even to attract a new partner.

So if there is anything you want in life, then hypnosis is likely to be able to help you attain it. It really is mind boggling at the wide range of therapies that are now available. There are many people taking the advantages of being regular users of hypnosis, and those that are not are simply getting left behind. These people are enjoying an advantage over the people that are not yet using hypnosis. Don't miss out any longer, give hypnosis a go.

What You Need To Know About Weight Loss Hypnosis

Many who are struggling with their weight have turned to hypnosis for weight loss.

During hypnosis, behavioral changes can be suggested to the subconscious, where our desires for cravings and reaction to emotions originate.

While hypnosis was originally intended as a tool to be used beside cognitive behavioral therapy, it was quickly realized that it could be used to modify a wide variety of behavior issues, including smoking and weight loss.

While there are not enough scientific studies to prove or disprove the effectiveness of hypnosis, the general consensus is that it can help with overeating issues to some degree.

It still remains, however, that this type of behavioral therapy will work on three main areas of our lives that you can work on without the aid of hypnotherapy.

Eating Better. Going "on a diet" may work in the short term, but over the long run, it is an overall lifestyle change when it comes to the food you eat that will make all the difference.

Small changes made over time can add up to weight loss that is easier to sustain. The key is to making your changes permanent and attainable.

Completely eliminating any one food group is a hard change to maintain, but making the switch from whole milk to 1% or less, for example, is more likely to have lasting results.

Cutting back on processed foods, sugars and syrups (including soda) and alcohol will also show big results on your scale. Hypnosis and subliminal messaging might help to make your mind more receptive to these long-term and incremental changes.

Moving More. Like many people, you might like the word "exercise." The good news is that you only need to think of it as moving more. During your day, there are many opportunities to move. When a commercial comes on, you can walk in place or jog in circles around your living room. Or do sit ups, push ups, or leg lifts.

While on the phone you can do the same, and when out in public you can park farther from the store and take the stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible.

Take a small walk after dinner or during your lunch break. Getting outside and getting moving during these times will signal an earlier end to your mealtime and they'll help you burn calories.

Again, you can try subliminal or hypnotherapy methods to make your mind more receptive to these small changes, which are crucial to lasting success.

Stressing Less. Let's face it: stress is a huge hurdle in the battle of the bulge. For those of us who are triggered to eat by emotions, daily personal stress can wreak havoc.

Even if you don't eat in response to emotions, stress can affect your diet by altering how well your metabolism works. If you are sleeping less, moping around more or running ragged and not eating at all, then you are more likely to find yourself tired, bloated and overweight. But working from a place of mental stillness, through a hypnosis technique, can help you to calm your mind and get a handle on your stress.

Simple changes made now and over the course of the year will add up to pounds lost and a lifetime of being healthier. Hypnosis for weight loss may help strengthen your will power and even help you to modify some of your behaviors. The only way to tell whether weight loss hypnosis will work for you is to give it a try.
