Nice article.

It amazes me that more Hypnotists don't teach their clients how to do self hypnosis. Self hypnosis can be a powerful tool for change and even more powerful for long term change which should be the goal every hypnotist wants for their client.

I enjoyed the sample Self hypnosis script you put in the article as it's very simple and to the point. So many so called Hypnosis scripts are too long and too complimicated. In reality, you want a simple script with a simple suggestion. You also never really want to focus on mulitple suggestions in the beginning. Start with one suggestion you really want to work on and get that down before moving on to another.
